Persistence, resilience, and self-belief are key embracing your accomplishments along the way will help you navigate challenges and advance with purpose.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is navigating a highly competitive, male-dominated industry, where women often have to work harder to have their voices heard and their contributions recognized. At the same time, this environment presents significant opportunities for women to break barriers, lead with innovation, and inspire change. By leveraging expertise, building strong networks, and demonstrating resilience, women can not only succeed but also help shape a more inclusive and equitable industry.
