Q

What do you attribute your success to?

My mother, my faith and mentorship. My mother has been pouring positively into me since I came out of the womb. She told me as long as I can remember that I would have an impact on the world. I didn't understand what she meant as a child, but I am just being to understand what she meant now. Through every trial or challenge I've faced in my career I have always been able to rely on my faith to carry to the next open door. I learned so much and I am abundantly blessed by every experience. I wouldn't be where I am without the guidance of my mentor and support system. It is imperative that everyone has at least one professional and personal mentor and support system to help guide them through professional and personal challenges that arise. Of course, they are also there to celebrate the accomplishments as well. These three aspects of my life have significantly contributed to my career success.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

When entering any industry give yourself the grace needed to learn the industry so that you can be effective and efficient at whatever role you take. That is key to being successful. Remain a sponge, learn as much as you possibly can and find a mentor that can help guide you throughout your career.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

At my core, I am a believer, a compassionate giver, and a connector who finds joy in empowering others to reach their full potential. I am a music lover and avid traveler, and I deeply value experiences that bring people together and expand perspective. I strive to inspire those around me through my leadership, my unwavering work ethic, and my dedication to making a positive impact both inside and outside the workplace.
