About Daniela
She is a dedicated social work professional and advocate with a strong commitment to serving vulnerable populations, particularly older adults, families, and children. Currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University of Denver with a focus on Mental Health, she serves as a Social Work Intern at Kavod Senior Life, providing supportive services and case management to older adults. She also works as a Bilingual Family and Community Advocate at Volunteers of America Colorado, where she supports families through social services and community engagement. Her experience includes serving as Case Support Advocate at Blue Sky Bridge, where she supported children and families in crisis, and as a Brand Ambassador and Retail Associate at American Eagle Outfitters. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder, with a minor in Business and a certificate in Health, Care & Resilience. She is fluent in Spanish and English. She is recognized as a compassionate, culturally responsive, and mission-driven professional who is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through trauma-informed, strengths-based, and equitable practices.
