I attribute my success to God, my resilience, and my drive to continuously learn while helping my clients succeed.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to listen 80% of the time, ask questions 20%, and always stay adaptable while continuously learning.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to believe in their value, stay consistent, and always be authentic and professional. Build genuine connections, seek out mentors and support networks, and remember that if you’re the smartest in the room, you’re in the wrong room—and never let rejections or slow seasons discourage you, because consistency always wins.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest opportunities in real estate come from building strong relationships, managing my own schedule, and expanding my network—what you put in is what you get out. The challenges include an overly saturated market, long hours, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
