Her work centers on project management, including managing project timelines, overseeing work streams, and acting as a liaison between her firm and clients to help achieve sold goals and drive impact, such as improvements in behavioral health across states. She enjoys the bridge role of representing her company while overseeing progress without being too deep in technical details. Looking ahead, she aims to take on more account leadership responsibilities, potentially as a senior consultant, and to engage more in business development. Daniela values growth and the freedom to explore new opportunities, as demonstrated by her move from Texas to California, and she seeks to serve others through her work and personal pursuits like writing.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Once I really have an idea or believe I want to do something, I go for it with a strong gut feeling. I am grateful for the people around me and my loved ones who support me when I make changes, like moving from Texas to California. Belief in oneself is key, and things will work out.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Growth and freedom to explore myself and different things, allowing myself to take risks like moving from Texas to California. Also serving others with a servant mindset, as in my writing standing up for artists.
