About Daniela
I am a clinical neuropsychologist and healthcare leader with over fifteen years of experience at NYU Langone Health, where I currently serve as Clinical Director of the Neuropsychology and Learning Service, a role I have held since September 2010. In this position, I lead a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations and evidence-based interventions for individuals with learning, cognitive, and neurodevelopmental conditions. I oversee clinical operations, ensure quality and consistency in diagnostic practices, supervise trainees and staff, and collaborate with referring providers and educators to translate assessment findings into actionable recommendations that support academic, vocational, and personal success.
Across my career in clinical neuropsychology and healthcare leadership, my work has been driven by a deep commitment to understanding how the brain supports learning and behavior, and to helping individuals of all ages access the care and support they need to thrive. Whether I am evaluating a child with a learning disability, mentoring the next generation of neuropsychologists, or guiding a family through a complex diagnosis, I bring a compassionate, evidence-based approach and a dedication to making a lasting difference in the lives of those I serve. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue advancing the field of neuropsychology through clinical excellence, leadership, and advocacy.
