About Daniela
I am co-founder of Femwely, which is a women health startup helping women who are navigating perimenopause. I have been very deliberate in my career steps, starting in sales and finance to develop entrepreneurial skills, then as fractional CFO for early-stage startups, followed by my MBA at MIT Sloan which I recently completed. My passion lies at the intersection of education and women empowerment through health.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Believe in yourself more. Have big dreams. Don't be afraid to tap into people around you to propel those dreams forward. High-achieving women often struggle asking for help.
