Motivated by her own medical condition, she pursued studies that led to a certification in wellness, focusing on anti-inflammatory foods and healthy habits. She holds a bachelor's degree in communications and public relations as well as a master's degree in social work from Berry University, which she completed in 2020. Daniela founded her own company, Organica, through which she offers one-on-one services to families, women, and children to help them understand and adopt better eating habits and overall wellness practices. She maintains a full-time position alongside her wellness work and remains actively involved in her church community, serving since her teenage years including at Thanksgiving and Christmas events.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Daniela

01What do you attribute your success to?

I don't think I'm successful. I think I do things with a lot of passion. I don't believe in success. I do believe in to be compassionate and empathetic with people. And I try to do my 100% to accompany the people who need me the most.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Do things we love, and if you don't know something, ask for it, so you can be a good worker, and always try your best.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Working for your dreams, towards your dreams, never give up, and if you think that you're not accomplishing the goals that you propose for yourself, keep going. Never give up, because if you give up, another person will take that option.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Sometimes we feel insecure that we are not able to make things together, that we're not able to accomplish things or accomplish goals. Sometimes doubting has been maybe some of my challenges, but at the same time I put myself together and keep working harder to accomplish the goals that I have.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Be transparent, always be present, even if you don't feel you have everything together, and always come with a great attitude to learn something new in a day.
