Her Story
About Daniella
Daniella Bell earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 2013 after beginning college through dual enrollment during her senior year of high school. Originally drawn to design, she pivoted to marketing during the 2009 recession after a college advisor encouraged her to pursue a field that combined creativity with long-term career opportunities.
Bell first applied her marketing skills in the real estate industry in 2016 before securing her first dedicated marketing role in 2022. After taking time to focus on her growing family, she returned to the workforce in late 2023 as the sole marketing professional at Go Green Synthetic Lawn Solutions. By building and leading the company's digital marketing efforts—from paid advertising and lead generation to CRM strategy, website optimization, and analytics—she helped generate thousands of qualified leads, drive significant business growth, and create enough demand to support the expansion of the sales team. Her impact led to her promotion to Campaign Manager in April, where she now oversees strategic marketing initiatives that continue to deliver measurable results.
Bell credits her grandmother, who worked on a sugar cane plantation, with instilling in her the belief that education is the gateway to opportunity. That lesson continues to shape both her career and her commitment to setting an example for her daughter by pursuing ambitious goals with determination and resilience.
Her advice to women entering the industry is simple: give yourself grace, embrace change without losing sight of who you are, and never make yourself smaller to fit someone else's expectations. Protect your confidence, refuse to carry the weight of others' insecurities, and trust that your authenticity and hard work will create opportunities that are meant for you.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Daniella
01What do you attribute your success to?
My grandmother emphasized that education is the most important thing because she worked on a sugar cane plantation and wanted me to have opportunities she didn't. This has pushed me to get my education and accomplish things so my daughter can see that she can do it too.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Give yourself grace because we still have to prove ourselves. Be open to changes but don't compromise yourself or shrink to make others comfortable. Don't take on other people's emotions or problems.
