She specializes in identifying instructional gaps for at-risk learners and supporting turn-around campuses through data-informed coaching, professional learning, and organizational development. Her background includes roles as an instructional leader, teacher development specialist, instructional specialist/professional trainer, and English teacher. She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
