The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my mentor, Bill at Lucky Strike, who taught me that no matter what happens today, there’s always tomorrow, and he recognized my potential for management before I ever did.

I would advise young women entering my industry to believe in themselves and develop the resilience to get back up and keep moving forward whenever they face setbacks.

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now stem from the economy and the rapidly changing landscape of the industry.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are honesty, clear communication, and respect. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling—Greece and Morocco are among my favorite destinations—and I love playing poker, having even made the leaderboard at the Hard Rock Cafe.
