Her Interview
Ten minutes with Danielle
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success first and foremost to my faith, which provides the foundation for how I approach both my personal life and career. My family is another major source of motivation and support. Finally, I am driven by the impact I can make on the people around me and by the opportunity to positively influence my customers, colleagues, and community.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I received was to work so consistently and successfully that even those who doubt you eventually recognize your value. A former manager who believed in me reinforced the importance of continuing to show up, perform, and let my results speak for themselves. That lesson has stayed with me throughout my career.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to be resilient and keep moving forward, especially when the environment is highly competitive. Sales can be demanding, and setbacks and rejection are inevitable, but persistence is essential. Continue developing your skills, trust your ability to learn, and do not allow difficult moments to convince you to stop pursuing your goals.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is market saturation and the constant competition among providers. Customers may place significant emphasis on the lowest price, which can make differentiation difficult. At the same time, that creates an opportunity to compete through service, expertise, and relationships. I focus on demonstrating the value I bring as a trusted sales professional who genuinely takes care of customers and remains a dependable point of contact when they need support.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is extremely important to me. I believe that what you put into the world is ultimately what you receive back. I also value consistency because meaningful results come from continuing to show up and do the work. Finally, I value growth and believe we should continually learn, evolve, and challenge ourselves rather than become stagnant.
