What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to pursue their passions with determination and resilience. Drawing from my experience as a mentor through coaching, parenting, and workplace training, I emphasize the importance of perseverance and staying true to your vision. Follow your dreams, remain committed through challenges, and seek guidance from those who can support your growth—both personally and professionally.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are continuous learning, community engagement, and service to others. My educational journey, including high school, an associate’s and bachelor’s degree, and a paralegal certificate from the University of Washington, reflects my commitment to growth and knowledge. Professionally, I actively participate in organizations such as eWomen Network, the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, and She’s Ready to Heal, which reinforce my dedication to networking, mentorship, and empowerment. Personally, I prioritize giving back through non-profit involvement, supporting causes like the Northwest Parkinson’s Association and volunteering with Hope Link, striving to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
