Danielle Campbell is a visionary learning services executive with over two decades of experience leading enablement and education strategies within high-growth technology companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Enablement & Education at Coupa Software, she drives workforce transformation by equipping customers, partners, and employees with future-ready skills. Danielle is deeply committed to enhancing customer success and adoption through innovative, scalable training programs that focus on upskilling, reskilling, and enablement across the global Coupa ecosystem.

Her career includes senior leadership roles at companies such as Adobe, Infor, and Hortonworks, where she pioneered global learning strategies, digital learning services, and revenue enablement initiatives. Danielle’s impact in the field has been widely recognized—most notably as the 2023 “Social Learning Leader of the Year” and as a former President of the Customer Education Management Association (CEdMA). A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Danielle also completed the Women’s Executive Development Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Known for her strategic insight, collaborative leadership, and passion for learning innovation, she continues to shape the future of workforce education in the tech industry.
