Ten minutes with Danielle
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do not be afraid to fail. Do not be afraid to fail a campaign or a class. You are going to fail and that is okay. Always come back stronger than the failure. It's like an A-B test with trial and error. Don't let fear of failure stop you from continuing or being your best. Let it be a bump in the road and not a dead end. I've failed many times before I got to where I am.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Trends happen so fast especially in social media marketing, digital marketing, advertisements. Limited opportunity to jump on trends quickly. Always have to be on the lookout for what's coming and what other brands are doing. Always learning; it's not a one-time mastery. AI is a new tool with impressive capabilities. Constantly refine yourself with classes or certifications to stay relevant.
