About Danielle
Danielle Dam is a life redesign coach based in Miami, Florida. With approximately 20 years in the coaching field, including fitness and health coaching, she has been practicing life redesign coaching for about 4 years. After beginning her career in corporate marketing, Danielle transitioned by attending an institute for personal training and earning her certification. She joined Equinox, where she quickly rose to become one of the top 10 trainers globally out of over 4,000, advanced into leadership development and management, and entered a master health coaching track. This path sparked her interest in the psychology of behavior, leading her to pursue over 500 hours of education under ICF accreditation. After nearly 15 years at Equinox, she left to pursue her calling in independent coaching. Danielle specializes in helping women over 30 navigate identity disorientation using tools like the Enneagram, drawing from her own experiences with life disruptions and personal growth.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The biggest advice is to not forget the why you're starting. Always write down the purpose, what is your why behind you starting this, beyond you that makes this viscerally impossible to not complete. Anytime that there's a moment that you feel and you're sitting in doubt, go back to what you wrote and remind yourself of that.
