Her Story
About Danielle
I graduated from college with absolutely no idea what I wanted to do with my life, so I interviewed at a bunch of different companies and ended up getting a job as a loan officer, not really knowing it would be my lifelong career. I started as a loan officer, then the company I was with needed a loan processor, so I did that. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, I got my real estate license and opened up my own real estate company and mortgage company together. Then the market crashed in 2008, and I just had 2 babies, so I went full-time into real estate and sold real estate in Miami, South Florida. I love to travel, and every time I traveled, my business would stop, so I decided to go back into mortgage because that would allow me the ability to travel the world since I don't need to be local. In 2022, I was in Italy in a hotel room, slaving away while my family was out having fun, and I said to myself, how can I be done by one and go out and have fun with everybody else? What do I need to do and implement in my business that's gonna move the needle with or without me being there? That's when I created the Done by One system, the five pillars of Done by One, and the Done by One CRM, which is really an AI-powered operating system, not just a CRM. It's been building upon that ever since. My big goal is to be an international business consultant and speaker. I'm already an author, but I want to write a book on AI and automation about my 3A framework, which is audit your business and then implement automation and AI into it, basically taking people from hustle culture into freedom by using the tools that we have with the 3A framework and the AI-powered operating system.

Ten minutes with Danielle
01What do you attribute your success to?
I was born into a family that came from nothing, but built a pretty big business over and over, multiple businesses, and so watching that hustle that both of my parents had, even though I'm kind of like, oh, the hustle culture, but they were in the hustle culture, and I learned a lot of that from them. I think it's just how I was built, I guess. I would contribute a lot of it to my family, and watching them in business, and how successful they were, and it all came down to hard work, because nothing was handed to them. They created everything from their hard work. Even as a little girl, I was probably 5, and I was going to the store buying beads and trying to sell bracelets. I've always had that entrepreneur spirit.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would give the advice of just do it. A lot of people, in the beginning, need to wake up early and work on their side hustle business, and then go into their regular business, and eventually that side hustle can become your main business also, side-by-side with what you're doing right now. So just do it, just get after it, don't be afraid of AI, because AI is here to help you. I know a lot of times people will say, oh, people are going to get replaced with AI, but the ones that are using AI are not going to get replaced. If you use AI to make your job better, you're gonna be a lot more productive, it's just gonna work for you, and you're gonna be able to do a lot more. So you definitely just need to embrace it.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My core values are the acronym GROW. The G is for gratitude, just being grateful in everything that I do, all of the opportunities that come to me, all of my clients, just grateful for everything. I have great gratitude every day. The R is respect, so just having respect for all people, all values, all things. The O is opportunities, so always looking for opportunities, and then the W is to win, because we all like to win. So my core values are GROW: Gratitude, Respect, Opportunities, and Win.
