Danielle Davis

Danielle Davis serves as Member Service Supervisor at HealthEquity, where she oversees customer support operations for health savings accounts and spending accounts. She leads a team of 21 members, coaching them on member education regarding HSA usage, tax advantages, eligible expenses, and investment strategies while collaborating with upper leadership to improve service processes. With more than 20 years in healthcare and nearly 10 years in her current role as of September, Danielle began her professional journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant before developing an interest in the business operations of healthcare financing. She earned her bachelor's degree in healthcare management, starting at Wiley College in Marshall, Texas, and completing it at Minnesota School of Business in Richfield, followed by a master's degree from Concordia St. Paul, which she pursued during the COVID period as a notable personal and professional achievement.
