Danielle Diniro
Danielle Diniro is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as Office Manager at LHH, where she oversees day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and event coordination for the organization. Fluent in Spanish and skilled in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and recruiting, Danielle brings both technical expertise and a collaborative approach to her role. She has a strong educational foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in Adolescent Education and a minor in Spanish from Saint Francis College, as well as a Master’s degree in Spanish Education from Queens College.
Before joining LHH, Danielle gained valuable experience in financial services and the automobile industry, including roles as a Business Development Specialist at Audi Great Neck and as an Independent Recruiter with PFS Investments. Her career has been marked by her ability to manage fast-paced environments, coordinate large-scale events, and build strong professional relationships across organizations. Danielle has also contributed her time to volunteer initiatives, including fundraising for Delivering With Dignity and tutoring children and seniors in NYC.
Passionate about creating meaningful experiences and giving back to the community, Danielle has combined her organizational and leadership skills to leave a positive impact wherever she works. From coordinating Scholastic Book Fairs to redesigning office spaces and supporting C-suite events, she thrives on bringing projects to life while fostering collaboration and a sense of community among her colleagues.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to starting my career as a teacher right out of college, which gave me a strong foundation, and then gaining diverse experience in the automobile industry and as a negotiator at National Debt Relief, helping people manage and overcome their debt.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to focus on my own path and not compare myself to others.

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay inspired by your own story, reach out for support, and never give up—keep pushing forward.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are curiosity and patience, whether I’m solving word search puzzles or caring for my new puppy.
