Her Story

About Danielle

Danielle Falzone is the Senior Manager of Demand Generation at Sendoso, where she leads integrated campaigns, field marketing, and partner marketing while overseeing the company's full slate of roughly 50 events each year. In this role, she guides cross-functional teams toward a shared quarterly theme to keep messaging consistent across customer and new-business initiatives, and she works closely with partners to spotlight integrations and joint opportunities. She approaches her work with a focus on creativity and collaboration, aiming to drive pipeline growth while doing more with the resources available to her.

Falzone's career in marketing began in 2015 at Connection in New Hampshire, where she started as a coordinator supporting regulated sectors such as public sector and healthcare, eventually taking ownership of major partner programs with vendors like Dell and Lenovo. Over the following years, she built her expertise through roles at LGC, Talkdesk, and Upland Software, developing global campaign strategies, managing multimillion-dollar marketing budgets, and driving significant year-over-year growth in qualified leads. Along the way, she took charge of the company's largest annual event and restructured its sponsorship tiers, converting what had been a financial loss into a source of net revenue. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completed in 2015.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Falzone credits much of her growth to the mentorship of female leaders who opened doors for her and encouraged her to speak up and ask questions. She carries that same philosophy forward, urging young women entering the industry to use their voice to educate others and to bring leadership along on their journey. Grounded in integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning, Falzone was recognized as part of Influential Women representing Mason, New Hampshire, for 2026 — a reflection of both her professional achievements and the values she brings to her work each day.

Ten minutes with Danielle

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the incredible female leaders who have guided me throughout my career. They created space for me to learn, invited me into important conversations, and helped me grow both within and beyond my organization, which has been instrumental in getting me to where I am today.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I've ever received is not to be afraid to use my voice, because it's the most powerful tool I have. I've learned that asking questions is never something to be embarrassed about.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women to use their voice as a tool to educate others and showcase their knowledge, while also bringing leadership along with them so everyone can grow and learn together.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is being asked to do more with less. There is always more work to be done, so finding the creativity and the time to be creative requires strong prioritization.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity matters most to me in everything I do, and I believe it shows through in the effort I put forward. I also value being a team player, because teamwork truly is dream work, and I lean on the resources and people available to me.
