Danielle Foard

Danielle Foard serves as the HR Generalist Talent Acquisitions Manager at VV Cosmetics in Chandler, Arizona, where the company specializes in manufacturing Dazzle Dry nail polish. With more than a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, she manages full-cycle recruitment processes, onboarding, process setup, leadership training, and conducts 30, 60, and 90-day evaluations. She joined the company in February and is advancing toward an HR business partner position after completing her SHRM certification in December.
