Her Interview

Ten minutes with Danielle

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say my upbringing and my parents, as well as the support of my husband and family. These really mark the milestones of success for me and are also very important to how I'm able to show up every day.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice would be concerning comparison, and it's been the sentence that I've used for the past couple of years, which is my race. My pace.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

That as much as you're serving, you've got to go deeper in your self-care. And your energy management versus time management.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the challenges would be walking people through the process of transformation and helping them to shift their expectations about when and how long change should take place.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The first is FACE, next would be integrity, and then after that would be excellence.
