01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Find your work-life balance right off the bat. A lot of times we tend to not take our PTO and drown ourselves in our career because we're trying to climb the ladder. At the end of the day you need to make sure that you are finding that balance between work and life because you don't get that time back.
