Her Interview
Ten minutes with Danielle
01What do you attribute your success to?
I definitely attribute my success first and foremost to my family for them being my biggest supporters and guiding me along the way. Without their love and support I don't know where I'd be. And then definitely my teachers and my current team. My current team I can't say enough nice things about them. They've encouraged me and my boss saw something in me and took me under her wing and really helped me to flourish.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
There's a quote that I have permanently stuck in my brain from one of my teachers: you miss 100% of shots you don't take. Meaning to not be afraid to take risks whether that's in jobs or applying for jobs. You miss 100% of shots you don't take so if you don't take it you know 100% it's not gonna happen. At least try. You can say that you've tried you've given your effort and that's always something to be proud of.
