Danielle Mansfield-Marcoux, ESQ. brings more than thirteen years of experience in global trade, building her career at the intersection of engineering, law, and international compliance. Before entering the legal and regulatory field, she began as both a civil and mechanical engineer, contributing to high-profile aerospace programs and earning five patents for innovations in aircraft component design. This strong technical foundation continues to shape her practical and detail-driven approach to navigating complex export compliance challenges.

Her career took a pivotal turn while at Hamilton Sundstrand (now part of RTX), where she transitioned from engineering to law. Balancing her full-time role in aerospace with evening law studies, Danielle completed her Juris Doctor at Quinnipiac University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude with a concentration in intellectual property. This dual expertise—deep technical knowledge paired with a legal framework—positioned her as a trusted advisor in areas where business operations, regulation, and innovation converge.

Over the past decade, Danielle has held progressively senior roles at leading aerospace and technology companies, including Pratt & Whitney, Raytheon, MTU Aero Engines, and now Coherent Corp., where she serves as Export Compliance North America Lead and Associate Director. In this role, she leads jurisdiction and classification strategy, Foreign Direct Product Rule and De Minimis reviews, and compliance training programs across the enterprise. She is recognized for her ability to interpret complex U.S. and international regulations and translate them into actionable, business-focused policies that enable growth while mitigating risk.

Known for her tenacity, judgment, and collaborative leadership, Danielle has built strong working relationships with agencies such as BIS and DDTC, ensuring timely authorizations and smooth global operations. Her career reflects a passion for enabling business through compliance done right—clear, practical, and aligned with global trade demands. Whether designing compliance programs, training technical teams, or advising executives, she combines engineering precision, legal insight, and a steadfast commitment to integrity in global trade.
