About Danielle
Danielle Pham serves as a Senior Search Consultant, bringing five years of experience in the recruitment field. She primarily focuses on insurance recruitment while also handling accounting and finance placements and offering career coaching services. Prior to her current role, she worked in sales across logistics as a broker and as a realtor in New York City. Danielle graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a focus in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing during the COVID period. She is an active member of the Women's Insurance Collective (WIIC) and RISE, and recently joined the WIIC student committee to promote insurance career opportunities among college students. She attributes her drive to her parents, who immigrated from Russia with nothing and built a new life in America. Danielle values authenticity and genuineness above all, believing these qualities foster trust and collaboration in both professional and personal spheres.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My parents came to America from Russia with nothing. They started over, learned English, and gave me opportunities I wouldn't have had otherwise. I feel blessed to be in a country with so many opportunities and I have to keep going and craving more because of the hard work they put in.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just go out there and do it, even if you're scared or unsure. Take the step. There will be failures so re-route yourself if you're not aligned. Be okay to pivot and take the leap. Ask so many questions and seek mentorship from people more advanced than you.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity and being genuine is number one. People understand energy and feel if someone is genuine. The quickest way to excel is through being genuine, which attracts other genuine people and builds trust for collaboration.
