Danisha Tolbert is the CEO and Founder of Tolbertd Paralegal Services LLC, a virtual paralegal firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana. With a passion for accessible legal support and empowering small business owners, Danisha brings a wealth of experience in legal research, drafting, and administrative law to her clients. Prior to founding her company in 2025, she held roles across both public and private legal sectors, including positions with the Indiana Civil Rights Commission and Indiana Legal Services, where she supported tenant advocacy and civil rights matters. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to justice and community service.
Danisha holds a Master of Science in Legal Studies from Purdue Global and a Paralegal Certificate earned in 2019. Through her leadership, Tolbertd Paralegal Services offers freelance legal support, business formation guidance, and other essential paralegal services tailored to individuals, attorneys, and entrepreneurs.
