She is an accomplished banking executive, culture leader, and communications professional with over a decade of experience in financial services and organizational development. She currently serves as Senior Vice President of Culture and Employee Development at First Community Bank, a role she has held since 2022, where she leads initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, employee engagement, and professional growth. Her earlier career at First Community Bank includes serving as Assistant Vice President and Communications Specialist, where she led internal and external communications, and as Assistant Vice President and Trust Administrator, where she developed expertise in trust administration, customer service, and accounting.
