Danyell Matthews

Danyell Matthews is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chi & Chiang Body + Skin Care, a company she established after losing her corporate job during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. With six years as an entrepreneur, she oversees all aspects of the business, including order fulfillment, inventory management, social media, email marketing, and website redesign, while wearing multiple hats to grow the brand focused on natural body care products for sensitive skin and eczema. Matthews brings over ten years of experience in human resources and operations, including payroll and leadership, to her role. She earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee, and an MBA from America Intercontinental University online. Her most notable achievement is creating the company itself, inspired by her family's needs and supported by her faith and loved ones. She was recently featured in a 2026 publication by Atlanta Voyage magazine and represents Charlotte, North Carolina.
