Her Interview
Ten minutes with Daphne
01What do you attribute your success to?
My mother told me no for every single thing I ever asked for. That helped me not be afraid to hear no, and assume no was the starting point. Everything you want is on the other side of the hard stuff that you fear doing.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Build a team formally and informally. You can't go it alone. If you want to go fast, you go alone, but if you want to build something sustainable, go the distance with a team. Trust other people and perspectives.
