Ten minutes with Daphne Dione

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Keep chasing your dreams because there's so much out there and never put yourself in a box. Always look beyond that box.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I did not look at it as I am going into a tech field. I figured I am going in as an executive assistant. Be the best you can be and prepare for anything that will be thrown at you.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

There's a lot of opportunities and room for growth with a very big stage to showcase what you can do and offer. Challenges include that not one day is the same, every day is different, trying to anticipate needs and getting to know the people you work with.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Staying true to who you are goes a long way in personal and professional life. Trust and discretion to be a good strategic partner. In personal life, being the connective tissue for my family, a role model, investing in myself and my growth, and building my life as intentional as I can at home.
