01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Don't ever stop believing that you make a difference. If you can't do it in front of the world, you shouldn't be doing it. Treat people with respect, be kind, and remember everyone has a story that they have not told the world.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Stand tall! No matter how your day starts, you control the end. Life us 5% what happens to you and 95% how you react to it.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge we see every day is communication. We pride ourselves in keeping our clients and candidates informed, and when one side does not keep us in the loop, that chain is broken.

We have to remember each side is a person. They have lives outside of their work. When one side doesn't communicate it breaks down the entire process. Even if you are calling to say you are not interested, it is so important to be communicative.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Listening is more important than speaking. Really listening to someone's needs and feelings mean more than getting your point accross.
