What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the guidance of mentors who have shaped my career—especially Rendi Tharp, who has been an invaluable resource for advice and networking. Their support has inspired me to pay it forward, and I look forward to mentoring others and sharing my experiences to help them navigate their own career paths.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are family and giving back to my community. I’m deeply committed to my loved ones, including my twins, my 24-year-old son, and my 10-year-old son. I’m also passionate about supporting animal shelters, particularly Almost Home Shelter, where we recently adopted a dog, and I strive to make a positive impact wherever I can.
