Ten minutes with Darshana
01What do you attribute your success to?
Success is not defined merely by accumulating wealth or achieving conventional milestones; it is the direct result of discipline and consistent daily habits. True progress comes from establishing structured routines and committing to them every single day. By setting short-term goals, evaluating progress every six months, and continually raising the bar as each objective is achieved, you create a dynamic cycle of personal growth. Success is an ongoing journey of evolving ambitions rather than a static destination.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
A major challenge for many women is stepping outside the long-standing comfort zone of relying entirely on male family members - whether husbands fathers or sons - for financial management and decision-making. The real opportunity lies in building total personal and financial independence. Even when managing day-to-day household tasks like grocery shopping and bringing food to the table taking active ownership of managing the money and paying the bills fosters true self-reliance. Learning how to navigate financial responsibilities directly empowers women to take complete control of their lives and futures regardless of their circumstances.
