Her Interview
Ten minutes with Darshana
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think it's whatever I have done so far, it's just because I stay to my ambitions and my wants, that okay this is what I wanna do. And also sometimes my consistency. That even when I don't feel that I want to show up today, but still I showed up. I think that's what the credit I feel that I should give to myself.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice was like always try to keep yourself up to date with the field you are in, just try to be aware of what's going on in market currently. Yeah! That's I think that's the most important, I feel.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The beauty of this field is that everyone is using this on their day-to-day basis. Whether it's their phone, whether it's their laptop, whether it's their TV, whether it's their fridge or any home appliances, it's the part of everyone's life. When it comes to women, I don't think that it's anything different. For women, because everyone in this world, whether it's women or not, it's really fascinating and it's really interesting to explore. That what you can do. It doesn't matter what field you are in or what passion you have. But it's really good and interesting to learn how you can adapt this technology in your day-to-day basis. Or in your passion or in your goal, what you want to try to achieve.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Of course, it's a competition, and everything is every other day, there is a new thing coming up, and everyone is just going so fast, improving their skills so fast. Because of all this AI. AI itself is a competition for us, I mean, who are with me in my field and specifically for me. I think when I, even when I'm from IT sector, but I still feel that I have to keep myself, my progress so high. To keep up with what's going on right now, so that's the thing, I feel.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I think, stick to your consistency, your routine. Do your work and make sure that you're giving your 100%, even if your energy level is not 100%.
