Currently serving as Community Engagement & Social Performance Specialist at Bechtel Corporation, she creates and executes public relations campaigns, manages a $500,000+ social investment budget, and cultivates partnerships with local businesses and nonprofits to enhance community development. In this role, she also supports employer branding, internal communications, crisis response, and social media strategy. She is also President of Black Business Professionals of Southeast Texas, where she leads fundraising, grant writing, board governance, and community outreach initiatives. Her career includes over 14 years as an Educator in business education and finance, and service as Human Resources Manager at Looks Enterprises, LLC, where she led recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and DEIA initiatives. She also operates Senoj Professional Business Services, providing small business development and consulting.
