Dawn Arcieri, RID, NCIDQ, IIDA is a registered interior designer and the Principal of Sparrow Studio, a Division of KT Ventures, based in Fulshear, Texas. With more than four decades of experience in the design industry, Dawn has built an impressive career defined by visionary leadership, refined aesthetics, and a commitment to lasting client relationships. A graduate of the Art Institute of Houston, she has dedicated her career to crafting elevated environments that balance beauty, functionality, and thoughtful investment — creating spaces that leave a meaningful and lasting impression.

Throughout her career, Dawn has served in pivotal creative and executive roles, including Chief Creative Officer and Executive Vice President of Creative Services at KT Ventures, and previously as Design Principal and Creative Director at Batsche Design, Inc./Studio bdi. Her deep expertise spans retail, hospitality, and commercial interiors, where she applies her understanding of industry trends and operational dynamics to deliver environments that enhance both experience and value. From restaurants to biopharmaceutical labs, Dawn approaches each project as a strategic partnership — ensuring every design aligns with her clients’ vision, values, and long-term success.

As an industry leader, mentor, and lifestyle design specialist, Dawn continues to inspire both clients and colleagues through her dedication to excellence and collaboration. She is an active member of multiple professional organizations and attributes much of her success to the power of relationships and community within the design field. Her advice to young professionals is to “never lose focus, always nurture relationships, and be kind — you never know when paths will cross again.” Outside of her professional life, Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband and their two beloved dogs — a Great Dane and an American Pit Bull — embracing balance, creativity, and connection in all aspects of life.
