I attribute my success to my parents—my mom, who taught me the importance of excellent customer service, and my dad, who modeled strong leadership as a supervisor.

I would advise young women entering the industry to work hard, keep learning, and always treat others the way they would like to be treated.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is helping the elderly connect to the internet and technology through their phones.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are respect and integrity, while I also cherish family time with my two children and two grandchildren, enjoy reading, attending concerts and sporting events, and have a lifelong passion for dance, having trained in ballet, tap, and jazz for 13 years starting at age three.
