About Dawn
Dawn Crowell brings more than 13 years of experience to environmental consulting, where her expertise centers on remediation in brownfields and emerging contaminants such as PFAS. She previously worked as a massage therapist for 10 years before earning a degree in environmental science and completing a graduate degree from Vermont Law, which equipped her to navigate regulatory frameworks and serve as a trusted advisor. Crowell is also an adjunct professor since 2017, teaching environmental science and sustainability with emphasis on policy, climate change, biodiversity, and conservation. As a certified mindset and professional life coach for two years, she rebuilds her practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, drawing from seven years facilitating workshops on goal setting, financial literacy, and nutrition for New Jersey's TIP program. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and the North Carolina Economic Development Association, and she has spoken at conferences on brownfield redevelopment and risk management.
