The advice I would give to young women entering my industry is simple: do not give up. Persistence, resilience, and belief in your abilities are key to overcoming challenges and achieving your goals. Stay focused, trust yourself, and keep pushing forward even when the path feels difficult.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is constantly positioning myself in the right place at the right time to create opportunities and achieve financial success. At the same time, the field offers incredible flexibility and mobility, which has allowed me to travel and even move closer to my parents. Throughout my journey, my mother, Connie-Jo (CJ), has been my greatest mentor, providing guidance, wisdom, and encouragement that have been invaluable to both my personal and professional growth.
