Her dedication and expertise led her to follow these visionary professionals as they ventured to establish their own company, The Strata Group, where she excelled as the marketing coordinator. The company's successful merger with Homesale Realty in 2012 opened new doors, elevating her to the role of Marketing Manager for the Maryland region. Throughout her tenure, she has masterfully navigated every facet of the real estate business, from administration and agent marketing to training and coaching. Her comprehensive skill set extends to convention and event planning, product implementation, and delivering exceptional customer service. In recognition of her outstanding contributions and leadership, she has recently been appointed to the prestigious position of Vice President of Marketing and Agent Services.
