Dawn Hunter

She is a public health, health equity, and organizational strategy leader with extensive experience across government, nonprofit, legal, research, and consulting environments. She is currently the Founder & CEO of The Dawn Lab, where she helps organizations address burnout, workplace culture, leadership, and employee wellbeing through a public health and systems-thinking approach. Previously, she held senior leadership roles in public health policy, health equity, strategy, and legal services, including overseeing large-scale programs and a $225 million combined budget at the New Mexico Department of Health. She holds a JD from Stetson University College of Law and an MPH in Global Health/Global Communicable Disease from the University of South Florida.
