Dawn Kirtley

Dawn Kirtley is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial management and project accounting. She currently serves as a Senior Accountant at Healthcare Revenue Group, where she applies her expertise to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business operations. Over her career, Dawn has developed strong skills in budgeting, negotiation, and financial analysis, with experience across industries including marketing, advertising, and retail. She holds a Master’s in Accounting and Financial Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Ottawa University.
Throughout her career, Dawn has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and teamwork, consistently driving efficiency and accuracy in her accounting roles. Her experience includes managing complex projects at Industrial Accessories Company, supporting staff accounting functions at Sunflower Group, and handling accounting operations at multiple organizations, always emphasizing collaboration and adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Beyond her professional work, Dawn is actively involved in her community. She serves as Treasurer for Gardner KS Pride, Inc., helping raise funds and support events for the local LGBTQIA community. Her dedication to civic engagement extends to her campaign for a seat on the Gardner, Kansas City Council, reflecting her belief in leadership, community service, and making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
