Dawn Quesnel

I've been in career coaching for 23 years, running my own business since 2003. I work with top performers going through job changes, raises, promotions, and career changes, and sometimes people go off and start their own business. I developed a framework called The Bridge that I've been using for at least 15 years. It's an acronym where B stands for Become Clear, R for Research, I for Identify, D for Develop, G for Game Plan, and then Execute and Evaluate. I started using it to help people through the job search, and I've evolved it into using the framework for many different situations, like the bridge method for career changers or helping small business owners get off the revenue rollercoaster. Before career coaching, I was a recruiter, and I still do some recruiting with a couple of regular clients a few times a year. I'm really proud of the people I've worked with over the years - it's been a privilege to have someone trust in you, and I love when they call me back or send me stuff about their accomplishments. It's been an awesome journey.
