Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the incredible support of my family, my friends who happen to be PSS's and my co-workers who have taught me so much along the way. Their guidance, encouragement, and shared experiences have shaped both my personal growth and my professional journey. I’m grateful to be surrounded by people who continually inspire me to do better and be better.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to never underestimate the impact you can have through simple, genuine interactions. A few kind and positive words can mean more to a patient than you might realize. Be authentic, truly listen, offer encouragement, and remember that small, honest acts of compassion can make a lasting difference.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me in my work and personal life are family, compassion, and creativity. Being a mom to two sets of twins has taught me patience, resilience, and unconditional love, which naturally carry over into how I support others. I also value balance and beauty in life — whether that’s time at the beach or creating unique, one of a kind succulent arrangements — because those moments help me stay grounded and bring more care and positivity to the people around me.
