Ten minutes with Dawn
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
When I was maybe in the business of Avon for only like 10 years, Avon brought out their leadership program, and my district manager said, Dawn, this is for you. This is for you to support other women, build themselves up. And I did, even though I didn't think it was for me. And now I have a team of over 200 people that I support in a lot of states around the United States.
