About Dawn
Dawn Troxell-Demko is the founder of Raw Synergy Real Living and a dedicated wellness professional with more than 25 years of experience in the health and wellness field. Based in Bayfield, Colorado, she serves as a life artistry coach, licensed massage therapist, equine Gestalt coach, and transformational coach. Her multidisciplinary background includes a degree in computer information processing, along with training in Gestalt and Access Consciousness. Drawing on her diverse expertise, Dawn helps individuals explore personal growth, strengthen self-awareness, and overcome emotional and physical barriers that may limit their potential.
Through her work, Dawn integrates energetic practices, relationship coaching, and neurosomatic programming to support individuals seeking greater balance and personal transformation. Her approach emphasizes creativity, authenticity, and the importance of recognizing each person's unique strengths. In addition to her coaching practice, she owns a venue and event center situated on her 50-acre ranch in Bayfield, Colorado, and operates other entrepreneurial ventures, including a black-tie restroom trailer rental business. Inspired in part by her mother's experience with ovarian cancer, Dawn developed a strong commitment to wellness and helping others pursue more fulfilling lives. Much of her practice has grown through word-of-mouth referrals, reflecting the personal connections she builds with those she serves.
As a business owner, coach, and mother of four boys, Dawn balances her professional responsibilities with family life while continuing to expand her services and develop longer-term coaching programs. Her philosophy centers on empowering individuals to embrace their individuality, build confidence, and discover new possibilities through personal development and creative expression. She believes that meaningful success extends beyond professional accomplishments to include the positive influence people have on others. 01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would tell her to always remember to keep herself as a priority, and to never give away parts of herself that, for another person, or man, or circumstance, or job, or whatever. To continue to grow and evolve and become more of who she is and to know her own worth and value. Meaning not by what others say that they should be, but that she knows that she knows that she knows what that is, and to always walk in her own truth.
