About Dayana
Dayana Pichardo brings over 14 years of experience in government and politics to her work. She most recently served as campaign manager for a congressional race in New York 13, where she managed logistics, operations, and community engagement across the Bronx, Manhattan, and Harlem. Prior to that, she worked as Chief of Staff. Pichardo earned her bachelor's degree in Criminology from St. Rose and her master's degree in Human Rights from John Jay College, graduating in 2021. Her academic focus on statistics, psychology, and human rights informs her approach to addressing constituent needs such as housing and food security. She holds volunteer leadership roles as state committee woman and judicial delegate for the Northern Democrats for Change and as Manhattan representative for the Latino Dance, and she has participated in various political clubs. Pichardo began her journey as a young intern and volunteer, later serving as a community school director during the pandemic while completing her studies.
