About De'Airra
De'Airra Belcher is a seasoned fraud operations strategist and risk researcher with over a decade of experience bridging the worlds of financial risk, operational efficiency, and human impact. As the Founder and Principal Strategist at JRMT Consulting LLC, she conducts operational risk analysis to help organizations identify and fix structural breakdowns across systems, workflows, and frontline execution.
Most recently, she served as a central point of contact across fraud, compliance, operations, and partner teams—designing tracking tools, refining triage protocols, and managing high-stakes escalations. A natural systems thinker and intentional disruptor, De'Airra goes beyond traditional risk frameworks, translating complex threat patterns into actionable operational blueprints. She is the creator of the Human Stack framework and The Fraud Dossier™, as well as the author of The Intentional Disruptor, where she delivers targeted intelligence on human risk management, process design, and operational resilience.
Outside of her consulting and research work, De'Airra is a proud boy mom, a poet, and an active mentor. She combines deep technical acumen with personal authenticity—championing solutions that make organizational systems safer, more transparent, and distinctly human-centered.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to God and to the incredible people who have inspired and supported me along the way. Second, I want to recognize my mother, Flo Belcher. She is the epitome of 'never giving up.' She always has an encouraging word and makes sure to remind me that I can do whatever I set my mind to with the help of God. Jo Davenport taught me to think outside the box and to never allow anyone to confine me to one way of thinking. Their guidance and belief in me have been instrumental in shaping my journey.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
It was something along the lines of "When you're cold, your cold... When you're warm, your warm... But when you're hot, your hot." - Julian Sanchez
That statement is so layered but meant so much at that phase in my life when I was still early in the corporate world. Julian is the type of leader that recognizes your potential, gives you space to grow into it, and is transparent in an intentional way that induces empowerment to be better and do better.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Burnout is not always tied to negative narratives. Don't be afraid to become bilingual in the field. Give yourself grace because you will experience some high and low moments... and the low moments tend to sting a little. The low moments don't make you a bad professional, it makes you a human one. Above all else, make sure that this is the profession you want to grow in. That, alone, makes the work fulfilling and worth the fight.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is combating imposter fraud while ensuring the safety and protection of the elder demographic. At the same time, this presents an important opportunity to develop innovative strategies and tools that safeguard vulnerable populations and build greater trust in our services.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The value that is most important to me in both my work and personal life is alignment. When my actions, goals, and priorities are in alignment, everything else naturally falls into place. It serves as my guiding principle for decision-making, collaboration, and personal growth.
