What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to pursue it with genuine passion and a full-hearted commitment. Stay open to opportunities, connect with people, and seek knowledge from those around you. Being relatable, kind, and a good listener will help you build meaningful relationships and grow both personally and professionally.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are family, friendship, and balance. I cherish spending time with my three children and my puppies, as well as enjoying quality time with friends over brunch or relaxing by the pool. Creating these meaningful connections and moments of joy helps me stay grounded and energized in all areas of life.
